This policy describes categories of information that may be collected when you use Decillion, and how that information may be used or shared. Practices may change as the Service changes.
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Decillion (https://decillionai.com) and its operators (“we,” “us”) may collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the Decillion websites, apps, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this policy. It is not a contract that guarantees any particular practice forever; we may update it as described below.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect or receive: account and profile details (such as name, username, email, and authentication identifiers from providers you choose, including Apple or Google); content you submit or generate in projects (such as messages, files, images, briefs, and workspace data); purchase and billing-related records from app stores or payment processors; device, browser, network, and log information; identifiers used to operate sign-in, security, or purchases; and approximate location derived from network data. If you use optional features such as dictation or media attachment, related inputs may be processed by the device OS or by services involved in delivering that feature.
How we may use information
We may use information to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process payments and credits; run agents, models, tools, and project environments; communicate about the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and for other internal business purposes related to providing the Service.
AI and automated processing
Content associated with your use of the Service — including messages, attachments, and data on project environments — may be sent to or processed by model providers, infrastructure providers, and other processors so features can run. Those parties have their own terms and practices. Do not submit information you are not willing to have processed in that way. We do not control how every third party handles data under their own policies.
Sharing
We may share information with vendors and partners that help us provide the Service (for example hosting, storage, networking, analytics if enabled, billing, app stores, identity providers, and AI or tool providers); with other users or systems you or a project owner involve in a project; when we believe disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of a data sale; if the meaning of “sale” or “share” under a particular privacy law is broader, we will treat requests under that law as required where it applies to us.
Device permissions
The apps may request access to photos, microphone, speech recognition, or similar capabilities when you use features that need them. You can deny or revoke permissions in system settings; some features may then be unavailable.
Retention
We may retain information for as long as we consider useful for operating the Service, security, disputes, backups, analytics, legal compliance, or other legitimate interests. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We do not guarantee a specific deletion schedule.
Cookies and similar technologies
On the web we may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, and operation of the Service. Optional technologies, if offered, may be controlled through in-product settings where available. Mobile apps rely primarily on platform mechanisms rather than a web cookie banner.
Your choices
Depending on the product surface and applicable law, you may be able to update profile information, sign out, adjust certain preferences, or request account deletion through in-product controls or by contacting us. Deletion, where available, may not remove all residual copies from backups, logs, or third-party systems immediately or at all. Rights under privacy laws (access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal), where they apply to you and to us, may be exercised by contacting privacy@decillionai.com. We may verify requests and decline them where permitted.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the Service. If you believe we have, contact privacy@decillionai.com.
International processing
Information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where we transfer information, we may rely on whatever mechanisms we consider appropriate under applicable law.
Security
We take steps we consider reasonable to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or alteration will not occur.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
