These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Decillion and related websites, apps, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13, or the higher age required in your region). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

Decillion is a software platform that may let people create projects, communicate, and use software agents, tools, and related features we choose to offer from time to time. We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including agents, models, tools, pricing, credit economics, limits, or availability — at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Nothing in the Service constitutes a commitment that any feature will continue to exist or work in any particular way.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, and all activity under your account. Keep access information confidential. We may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or access at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms or applicable law may have been violated, or for operational, security, or business reasons. Account or project deletion features, if offered, may not remove all copies from backups, logs, or systems of third parties, and we do not guarantee any particular deletion timeline or completeness.

You may use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access; interfering with or overloading systems; scraping or probing without permission; distributing malware; harassing others; posting or generating unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content; using the Service in ways that harm minors; or circumventing limits, billing, or security. You are solely responsible for your conduct, for content you submit or cause to be generated, and for how you use any outputs.

As between you and Decillion, you are responsible for content you submit. You grant Decillion and its operators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as we consider useful to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service and related features. Project spaces may be shared with people or systems you or others invite or configure; we are not responsible for how participants use or disclose content. We may remove or restrict content or access when we choose to, without obligation to monitor the Service.

Agents, models, tools, cloud machines, billing providers, app stores, identity providers, and other third-party services may be involved in delivering parts of the Service. Their availability, behavior, policies, and terms are outside our control. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased, insecure, infringing, or unsuitable. You must not rely on the Service or any output as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice. Review and validate anything important before you use it. We do not warrant that any agent will run, finish, or produce any result.

Some features may require payment or prepaid credits. Prices, packs, rates, fees, taxes, store markups, and what credits buy may change. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or other platforms are also subject to that platform’s terms; on iOS, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License may apply. Unless required by law or by a platform’s mandatory rules, payments and credits are final and non-refundable. Unused credits may expire or lose value if we change or end the Service. We may correct billing errors and adjust balances when we believe it is appropriate.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation we provide, is owned by Decillion or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. Feedback you send may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECILLION AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST OR CORRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECILLION AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Decillion and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement or misappropriation of any right of another.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them. The Service may be subject to export and sanctions laws; you must comply.
